WHAT DO YOU PROVIDE?
WeDo is a turn key solution. We supply all the trades needed to complete your bathroom.
From demolition, plumbing and electrical to plastering, waterproofing and tiling, we do it all.
This is our happy place, our team live and breathe bathrooms so have you covered.
Your project will be assigned a project team to ensure your project is running smooth.
You can rest assured you are in safe hands and always have someone to contact.
Before your project begins you receive a live, online schedule, to track which trades are arriving and when.
The schedule is updated by the project team as your project progresses.
WHAT ABOUT PRODUCTS?
We know everyone has a different idea of what they want their bathroom to look like.
That’s why we have you supply all the products. That’s tapware, tiles and bathware.
We can sort speciality items such as custom glass screens so chat to us before you finalise your product.

Q: HOW LONG WILL THE RENOVATION TAKE?
A: Most bathroom renovations take 4-6 weeks so you need a plan on working around this.
This is highly dependant on the size of the room, the buildings construction and scope of works.
Once we have finalised your scope, we can give you a time frame.
Q: CAN I LIVE IN THE HOUSE WHILE RENOVATING?
A: If you have another bathroom in the home you can stay living in the home.
Will it be dusty? Yes.
Will I have trades coming early? Yes.
Will I have a beautiful new bathroom in a few weeks? Yes!
Renovations are disruptive but once you’re through the mess and using your sparkling new bathroom that’s all forgotten.
What if I don’t have another bathroom to use?
This is a bit trickier.
One option is a trailer ensuite that can be parked in your driveway or yard.
Worst case beg or borrow a room at a friend or family’s home.
Even better, go on a holiday!! And come back when it’s all done.

A: Sure, you can manage a renovation yourself.

Here are a few things to tick off before you start: Find all the trades required, a bathroom often needs about 10+ different trades.
Make sure they have the qualifications and licences to do the job.
Get them to provide a written quote, a fixed quote is best so costs don’t blow out.
To get a fixed quote you need a clear plan of what is being installed.
Have you thought about lighting, tile layouts, locations and types of fittings and fixtures?
All of that needs to be chosen before you can get an accurate quote.
Have you got a construction plan? You need that so all trades know what they are doing.
Know the saying ‘fail to plan, plan to fail’. That rings true for bathrooms 10 fold.
There has been many a disappointed customer at the end of a renovation when things don’t look like they imagined.
What happens when the trades don't turn up?
The timeline blows out and you’re without a bathroom even longer. And dont forget dealing with questions onsite and managing issues.

Q: WHAT WARRANTIES DO I GET?
A: As registered builders we provide a 10 year structural warranty.
That’s peace of mind you don’t get managing the job yourself.
Any problems that crop up will get hand balled from one trade to the next and become a headache for you. Not with WeDo, we project manage the renovation - no hand balls 🏉.
Heard horror stories of people paying deposits only for the builder to go silent? Not with WeDo, renovations are our life!
If something were to happen, warranty insurance covers you if your builder dies, disappears or goes insolvent during the project and for 10 years after it's completed.
All projects over $16k must have this insurance and any project over $10k must be on a written contract and completed by a registered builder.
